  7. Philosophy;
  8.   This program serves only two purposes  1. It was an exercise for me,
  9. as a beginner programmer and new to Turbo Pascal 4.0. 2. I like
  10. Wallpaper and thought it could fill the screens of others who were
  11. taking a break from number crunching or Publishing or whatever.

  14.   R-E-J Cannot be responsible for any possible problems resulting from
  15. the use of this program.  I assure you every effort and precaution has
  16. been taken to insure that nothing could happen.

  18. About WLPAPR20
  19.   This is version 2.0 and is considered by us to be a beginning to
  20. some larger more challenging works.  Already several ideas have
  21. surfaced.  I anticipate that versions through 4.0 will also be just
  22. for fun and more an exercise for us than a benefit to mankind.  Still
  23. we sincerely hope that Wallpaper will be enjoyed.  WLPAPR20 started
  24. out as G-ROUT for Graphics Routines and was uploaded and available for
  25. about 12 hours.  Until It was discovered that it only ran properly on
  26. VGA systems.  That is just the opposite of the philiosphy behind
  27. Wallpaper so I attempted to recover them...  There is nothing
  28. extreamly complicated about the routines, they are are based off
  29. simple beginner pascal graphics routines that you can find in any
  30. Pascal book.  As I was writting and modifying them it occured to me
  31. that it might be fun to be able to switch from one to another.
  32. Therefore Wallpaper was born...

  34. Operation;
  35.   Id like to think that operating Wallpaper is self explanatory.  All
  36. the commands are listed up front on the main menu.  I don't know why I
  37. decided to use all CAPS but I've decided not to change it at this
  38. time.  If it really bothers anyone I'll be glad to change it on the
  39. next version.
  40.  
  41. Future?
  42.   Well I cant say that I have big plans but I do plan on at least one
  43. more upgrade so I can add some slightly more complicated routines I'm
  44. planning.   Also If anyone would like to submit a routine for later
  45. versions Id be glad to see them.
